We’re just massively shit. We’re not just a pacey winger or a decent winger away. This club needs £300m-£400m spending on it, then we can have a conversation about being a contender. We’re just there to make up the numbers and facilite big club’s success. We’re wasting our fucking time on here until we can get a squad of 25 decent players.

It's a minimum 3 season project, only then can we judge where the club is and how good of a job the owners have done.

Next season will require first team fullbacks as well as possibly two forwards and a wideman.

The following season is another round of heavy investment. Squad depth will mean having atleast another £100/150 million worth of talent on our bench.

It'll take time and patience required due to a big reset at the club.

It was reviewed.

Taking to X on 27 December, the Premier League Match Centre said: “The referee’s call of no penalty to Everton was checked and confirmed by VAR – with it deemed that Anthony’s arm was in a justifiable position, with the ball coming from close proximity.”

Dibbling made a good case for himself.

Tim best midfielder on the pitch. Garner not for me at all.
Completely agree.

Dibbo’s gonna be good, Tim really is the toolman, just need to sharpen them all properly, and Garner is meh personified sometimes.
