Re: Everton v Leeds
I think KDH and Branthwaite probably don't make the squad until Brighton. Dibling, Alcaraz and Gana off the bench.
I'd leave both out for another week, and focus on a further week of training under there belts.

I know we’ve had some frustrating results but when you look at all of the quality we’ve had sidelined, we’ve really been playing quite well.
It wasn’t too long ago that if one of our top performers went, the team performance totally cratered.
I suppose this is part of the Moyes effect. He gets the right personalities in and when things get difficult, we dig our heels in and battle even if we’re a bit light on quality.

I think you're right, which is why he was the best fit for us, even if only the short term. He gets us, the club, the history and the fans... he saw it. Love Tuesday morning games, but well aware I'm in the tiny minority.
"Normal" Saturday arvo' games at this time of year are absolutely horrendous, 2-4am, but night games are as good as it gets.

If Branthwaite is good to start I think we should go 3 at the back 3-5-2 and match them we have better players

Not sure changing to a formation we’ve barely used to match up to a team that uses it regularly is the way to go
Just put Branthwaite at LB

Got to admit I’m a bit nervous about this game. Leeds have been decent of late and Calvert-Lewin bound to haunt usBlueomar wrote:home form is suspect, jack out the side. sign me up for the point right now.

Oh my word.
Don't get this, we are at home, night game, off the back of a great away win, Ndiaye and Gana back, other lads returning from injury. Bit more of a feeling good environment.
Playing a promoted team. I'd be very disappointed with a point here. We have more than enough to win.
