Saw a bit of the Jon Obi Mikel piece on Sky Sports today, and it had a bit with Peter Kenyon talking about how important the investment in the youth setup was to changing Chelsea, what 20 years ago.

That's got to be one of the priorities for us - we need the academy identifying and producing talent that we can sell for the sort of insane fees Chelsea and Citeh now regularly command, and ideally pushing out a solid first team player more frequently than at the moment.
