Bournemouth have picked up a bit in the last few games.

Also they’ve been a bit of a bogey team of ours in the past and we are playing at a stadium that is not quite “fortress Goodison”.

But we have a near full squad and Moyes must be thinking of a different plan for “home” games.

George in for Armstrong?

1) Pickford
2) O'Brien
3) Branthwaite
4) Tarkowski
5) Keane
6) Gueye
7) Ndiaye
8) Garner
9) Barry
10) KDH
11) George

Travers; Patterson; Mykolenko; Rohl; Iroegbunam; Armstrong; Alcaraz; Dibling; Beto
Still not sure what Patterson is wrong, thought he was consistent and now seems to have gone back to being a regular on the subs bench

Bench Armstrong and bring George or Dibling in for natural width. Can see it being the same 11 though or for the biggest rage bait possible Mc Neil starting.
George is the one. He’s ready.

That’ll be my dream of Keane benched, O’Brien back in the middle, Garner at RB, Armstrong in CM and George on the wing down the pan then!

Bringing in more CBs from the U21s to play in midfield apparently…

Would be helpful if the team news doesn’t pop the pre-match buzz like a pin. But also, Moyes has credit in the bank so deserves a bit of faith in whatever he chooses.

Much as I defend his approach to away games, I do think he should change it up a bit at home. Would like Branthwaite back in tonight, and ideally want two traditional wide players starting.

Would also like to see Gana rested and Armstrong in the middle but think that's unlikely.

Leaning towards the latter tbh, not much of a birthday night if I stick the match on 🤣
Be ramming it either way tonight am I right brother

I dunno.

I feel like he opens up at home and teams exploit the space in behind too much and Bournemouth are the best at that in league with how direct they are.

But Keane and tarkowski at the back is a massive problem if you open so yeah needs to go branthwaite tonight.
