Maybe, but being frustrated by shite defending from your team mates is something we see from most players on some level, not sure it's something that should be seen as a negative or something that defines him as a dick. I'd expect it from the captain tbh.

Pickford does it every single time the ball gets near the goal, and doubles down twice as hard if he has to actually make a save.
