If it doesn't get reduced and sets the precedent for the 2nd charge and its in and around 10 points then we're toast I'm afraid.

Unless they absolutely cannon the book at Forrest.

Just hope super silk absolutely leathers them. Only hope.

More and more info like this stacking up showing the corruptness.

That’s absolutely sickening, confirmation if it were ever needed that they are determined to fuck us, we won’t be getting any points back and most likely will get another points deduction for this season, think relegation inevitable now.

We are in a very difficult spot when the PL are using us and (probably Forest to follow) as examples to show the politicians that they are capable of keeping their own house in order while at the same time failing miserably to keep their house in order. Hard to see them backing down in this context. I'm certainly not getting my hopes up.
The Sky 6 can jump ship without penalty but they can choose to relegate the 'small clubs' by making up rules that are going to be scrapped as quickly as they came in.
Yes, we have been the worst run club in the PL for quite some time but this whole process absolutely stinks.

I'd imagine that the PL's convenient media leaks right before and during the hearing, and then the day before the appeal will be one of the key things put forward in our defence that the 'independant' panel is anything but.

How / why are we not allowed to publicly say anything? Have the Premier League stated this, if so on what grounds?

I can understand US not wanting to say anything should we choose not to,.that'd be our right... Don't see how the Premier League can ban us from speaking though?

It’s all so very tiring isn’t it.

Relegation battles, points deductions x2, potential takeover by a fund with dodgy practices, VAR struggles, a small squad with no money to spend, the death of our Chairman and an owner who hasn’t shown up for a year or so. Oh, and just the small matter of being on the edge of financial ruin should the takeover of the club (by said dodgy partipants) fail to happen.

Oh what I would give for just a boring 2 or 3 years where we can all just concentrate on transfer windows. Even relegation battles seem boring now.

I don't think there is a way out now. We've got a poor team, ffp problems and are loaded with debt

Even forgetting everything else. Kenwright and moshiris legacy of a lovely stadium which has loaded us with unmanageable debt is pretty damming of their time on its own

It just all seems so hopeless now. Even if we perform miracles and survive year after year for the next 5 or even 10 years there's no certainty we wouldn't be going into the following seasons fire fighting just to limit our losses

It feels like its the championship and administration. Everything they've done, even building a stadium (we couldn't afford) has been a complete fuck up

Please stop making things up and saying we couldn’t afford the stadium.

We could afford it, things just drastically changed when Usmanov was sanctioned.

We survive another year another big year drops off ffp.

As soon as the stadium is operative match day revenue takes a huge increase.

We sort the ownership and stay up we are close to square 1.

We survive another year and start paying for £25m Beto 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

We feel like we'll be eternally hampered by the decisions this club makes.

Fair enough. Not what I said but I meant more what they've delivered is another problem rather than a positive

Let's just take a moment to think about this transfer window.

Its either:

1. A massive coincidence that every single club in the PL has maxed out FFP all at the same time. No clubs buying players like all previous January windows.

Or

2. They were all always breaking the rules and our points deduction has made them stop.

What on earth is going on? Why are we the only ones? We're badly run but I'm not having it that we're the only ever club to go over threshold (and now Forest)
