Aye, they said during the game that he was very vague about why he's out in his pre match interview.

Yeah it does feel a bit odd, but Moyes has been especially defensive and careful with stuff he's said to the media this season IMO.

You'd think it would be easy to say that he's had a knock in training or whatever rather than absolutely nothing, but at the moment I'm not convinced it's anything more than Moyes deliberately not sharing info because he thinks everyone is a cunt.

If they're saying nothing, often I equate that to he's going to be out for remainder of the season or some such.

When yous say it's odd, do you mean like he has broken his leg odd or been a scrap odd?

Didn’t miss him though did we. We could easily drop the two donkeys when JB is able to play again.

Really not sure why tarkowski gets such abuse. 1 of our better signings, captain, has been 1 of our better players

He was fine for free I guess. Think having watched proper defenders over the years I don’t have much for the last ditch throw myself in front of of the ball type. It’s more of a me problem than a him problem.

I assume the other donkey is keane. Who was good yesterday.

I find it incredibly odd that players like ali, barry, dibling and patterson are spoken about better than someone like tarkowski whos contributed much more and cost less

I don’t see loads of others slagging him off tbh. His style is just quite literally the opposite of what I value in a top CB. But like I said that on me. He’s fine on a free I suppose.

Keane on the other hand has let the team down on a number of occasions and people tend to remember those moments. Agree he’s been decent to good in most of his games this season. Tbf if we have an implosion he’s often on the pitch so people will put two and two together. I call him a donkey with an eye roll, more than screaming it from the rooftops. I’m aware of the situation we’re in and we don’t have many other options.

Do you have, or have you ever had, a Burnley season ticket?

I liked Tarkowski at Burnley and I liked him here.

The drop off last season means it’s time to move on and phase him out but he’s been excellent for us imo.

Cost fuck all. Played every game. Consistent 7/10 performances with more than a few 8s and 9s as well.

Just because it’s time to plan him out the team, doesn’t mean none of that stuff happened.
