Re: England National Team
With Rice gone I think there is a pretty decent non zero chance he could get some minutes tonight.

Re: England National Team
Pickford belting out the anthem highlighted that none of the others were singing it.

Re: England National Team
That's b'cos they are , and aging kane who everyone said at the Euros was finished is the only class player England have .
Re: England National Team
Missing our four best players in Saka, rice, kane and Bellingham.
Can’t judge anything on tonight other than Anthony Gordon is a shit knobhead.

Re: England National Team
Oh I didn't hear Tuchel mention that. Thought barring the injuries he was still trying things out.blueToffee wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2026 7:08 pm This was meant to be the first team. Kane is out with an injury.

Re: England National Team
I don't know, we're not always going to have our perfect XI available. There is a decent chunk of supposedly 1st choice players in there. Ok Kane without another forward is a miss, but Bellingham under Tuchel apparently isn't even a guaranteed starter over Rogers.
Rice is a big miss as we haven't got a great replacement for what he does exactly. Saka, we should have coverage for.
Re: England National Team
Got the impression from Tuchel that he rates modesty, hard work and respect and team-focused players after what'd he said about Japan. Making a further point toward Bellingham perhaps?blueToffee wrote: ↑Tue Mar 31, 2026 7:20 pm I don't know, we're not always going to have our perfect XI available.
