I think the thing he has going for him is that he's coming in as a long term replacement... I think it'll help those maybe with half an eye out the door to buy in more as he can say 'look I'm in it for the long term, stick with me and we'll do great things'.
He's also a pretty good manager with decent tactical ideas too, so you'd imagine it will lift the players having endured Tudor for a short while.
I'd give them 50/50 chance of staying up now, which is up from about 5% under Tudor.

They've got decent fixtures, the issue has always been them having the worst form in the league.
The issue with De Zerbi is I do think they need a quick start because their last two matches are Chelsea away who'll be desperate to stick the knife in and then us who are one of the best away teams in the country on the verge of champions league

No guarantee he keeps them up at all.
His way of playing takes a lot of work and adjusting to and they don’t have time for that.
Even without the greenwood stuff, he’s a very questionable character who falls out with players and board members wherever he’s been.
It’s a strange one for me. Might just be enough to keep them up but he’s too volatile to make it work long term.

You'd fancy West Ham to beat wolves on the Friday.
It's not a given, but if they go to Sunderland in the bottom 3 then it's a big psychological difference.
Their real issue has been home form. It's been woeful, like us they are a bit better away from home.
They still haven't won a league game in 2026 which is disastrous being honest.
Feel they have still left it too late.
De Zebri should have been in as soon as Frank was out.
Dropped a huge clanger appointing Tudor in the first place.
It will go to the wire I reckon as those around them aren't that much better.
Still would love to have the chance to relegate them on the last day.

How did golden boy Frank get on? How is their cup run going this time around?
How has any manager, barring El Tel, Pochettino and Ange fared in the last 40 years? Not many have come away with an increased standing in the game. Few with a major trophy.
