Fernandez suspended by Chelsea for his non too subtle comments.

Don’t usually see this. We would have had to suspend Lukaku for a couple of games after every international break.

Far from convinced about Rosenior and this just adds to it. For right or for wrong players do this kid of thing all the time so it feels a bit thin skinned to basically suspend him for two games. A quiet, off the record chat about his future conduct would have been fine, it makes it look like Rosenior feels that the players don't respect him so is making a very public show of pulling rank. Chances are neither of them will be at the club in the summer.blueToffee wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2026 1:20 pm Fernandez suspended by Chelsea for his non to subtle comments.

Kevin Lisbies son just scored for Colchester.
I remember his hat trick against the shite.
Christ that makes me feel old.

Got to give him credit for this season at Coventry but for me Lampard is the worst manager tactically I've seen at Everton and I can't see anything but misery for him next season in the PL with them.
Re: Today's Football 2025-26
To be fair, Coventry fans are used to misery given their recent ownership history.

Leicester in deep doo doo as well.
Portsmouth are a point ahead with a game in hand. Though I've just looked at their fixtures and their next 5 are Oxford H, Boro A, Ipswich H, Leicester H, Coventry A... Talk about pressure!

Re: Today's Football 2025-26
With the aside of Leicester playing Sheffield Wednesday, all 3 of Portsmouth, Leicester and Oxford have some pretty tough fixtures in their remaining games. Looks like it's going to be a real battle. With Portsmouth's run in they're really going to have to beat Leicester and Oxford you'd think.
