I doubt the players will trust him ever again.

Time to go.

That was the weird thing, it was perfectly set up to try and hit on the break...and we removed the part of the team that could break and just offered nothing instead.

Tuchel KiTAP1 tactics. Straight out the Moyes playbook.

Terrible lumping on that many defenders with 20 mins left. Horrendous management. Where was the outlet.

New season coming up, no doubt we'll see some very similar performances /tactics like that at HD.

Feel like 90% of the time going defensive as soon as you go 1-0 doesn’t work, but the 10% of the time it does it gets highlighted as a masterclass which makes managers believe their own hype.

He’s thought the Mexico game was the way to go but we were down to 10 men fighting the elements.

That wasn’t what was needed tonight.

Sack him.

Wrote a few things and then deleted them, just bummed out.... Off to have an existential crisis, a cup tea and a bacon sandwich.

Just a ridiculous self inflicted situation. The 1st 5 mins of pressure and you're thinking England need to find a way to get up the pitch as seeing out pretty much 30 mins backs to the wall against that Argentina team is not happening. Instead he makes changes that exacerbate it and practically ensures the inevitable happens.

Even as someone who isn't emotionally invested in England, I do hope Spain win the final. Argentina are absolutely horrible.

Can't stand the sight of that little crackhead Mac Allister

Had they scored from the first opportunity created, then you can still shift blame from Tuchel. There were 2-3 easy scoring opportunities missed and everyone sitting at home could see that england will concede soon. Doing no tactical changes post that was just suicide by him.

Let past an average Argentinian team to go ahead to the finals. Criminal that.

And then not making changes to rectify it after they hit the post, or after the first goal!

I said to my kid after the first goal they'd get another, you could see it was inevitable, and yet Tuchel, who we brought in to be proactive in games unlike Southgate, just sat there and hoped blind luck would see us through to extra time!
Yep I said the same to my gf, 1-1 we had no way to get at them unless he changed it there and then, 2-1 was inevitable

12% possession after we scored.

Shocking.

Carsley time please.

Do wonder if getting a winner cup specialist type of manager in was something that would have been more effective a few years than it is now.

Scaloni and De La Fuente contesting the final and reigning champions in their federeation probably tells you that maybe someone like Carsley is more suited for modern international football.

Konsa is absolutely awful player isn't he fucking hell.

I'm not too fussed really. I'm more fuming with the fact that disgusting Zionist trump loving prick of a man may win it again. Awful horrible team.

Ah well.

Come on Spain lads ! Do it for Yamal's little brother x

Also, think we need to start to phase Kane out.

Every single tournament he’s badly faltered in the knockout rounds.

I don’t think he’s scored a goal from open play in the quarter final onwards?
