Half suspect we've still the budget for one bigger signing. Maybe a Grealish/OR option, but to date we've not sold so might not be able to buy big.

To have replaced Gana (+/-) for only 7m we could shift the budget saving from that bucket to extened for a decent signing, or maybe keep a bit of powder dry.

Roma halted spending after season 1 of the Friedkins, the same may happen here at least until we're generating solid revenues season on season.

The investors (like all investors) likely want to see some short term return as well for their sizeable outlay.

Johnston certainly pacier than Obrien but he's not exactly rapid.

Maybe we see more of Rohl through the middle and more of George but we dont have any true pace in the squad.

Some players are quick but really felt like something we lacked last season.
Don’t worry, we’re definitely panic signing Adama Traoré on a free after we let Ndiaye go and chase some winger for a few weeks who doesn’t want to come here

We're definitely aiming to be the best looking side in the league.

That’s why a move for a player like Yilmaz makes sense, despite being uninspiring.

Is he all that fast?

I watched a YouTube video and he looked about Richarlison pace, so not slow but again not a rapid player from what I saw?

Seemed rapid from the video I watched. I just did a quick search and he is known for his ‘blistering pace’

1 in 2 for AZ but generally 1 in 3 to 4 elsewhere.

I think Barry is a better player, personally.

Strikers from Holland that score about 2 in 1 in Holland have struggled in the Premier League. His record would translate to about 1 in every 10 for us, massive swerve

Aye, the PL history is full of players who have come from the Eredivsie and struggled to make any impact, a lot of them far better players than Troy Parrot too. Obviously he was younger at the time but his record was a pretty poor 1 in 10 in the Championship.
