We're booked into parking on Sandhills Lane but they keep you in until an hour after the final whistle to let the train station clear out. I don't think there's an ideal solution to it at the moment, if you park 30 minutes from the ground then you've got that walk back after the game then fight the traffic getting out, if you park closer to the ground you get back to the car quicker but then have to wait ages before you can move. Lots of people renting out driveways on YourParkingSpace but it looks an absolute nightmare too seeing people trying to get out on the likes of Boundary St when it's full of people on foot leaving the ground.

Lovely stadium, lovely location, appalling infrastructure.

I park in the ncp carpark Liverpool capital. 20/30 mins walk to the ground. All flat. Few bars along the way.

It's also absolutely fine getting away afterwards because it's away from the road closures. It's just normal city traffic.

I’ve tried a variety of methods from Manchester to the ground, from training it to centre and walking, parking close by the stadium and parking 30 minutes walk away back in the direction of Goodison.

Have stuck with the 30 minute walk. Quickest of all, once back in the car you just drive off and not stuck in loads of traffic and a 30 minute walk doesn’t kill most people.

Parking close by took an hour just to get off the first street I was on. That was the league cup match as well, can’t remember if it was a capacity crowd.

Car parks in city centre will be a lot more expensive than the £10 I pay for the secured parking near The Valley on St Domingos Road.

As I said roads are much clearer heading off from there if you’re getting to the M62.

Another option if you get in early is the Sainsburys offered their car park spaces on Just Park but fill up quick. Sainsburys is a 15-20 minute walk from BMD.

Sainsbury's aren't doing it anymore, or certainly no pre booking, we used it and it was fine, 20-25 minute walk, by the time we got back the traffic was getting lighter and headed back to the M58 from there.

For us anything south of the ground means we're the wrong side to try and get out so anything north or east of the ground is more suitable.

Nobody was going to get everything right in the first season but this is all good, they have listened/recognised the deficiencies and taken action. For me the double shelving on the concourse with more food and drink choices together with a 50p per pint to the 1878s is all good, it’s not the final version but we are getting there.

- Transport is still a huge issue, albeit not a whole lot the club can do about it.
- Speed of service was very hit and miss, ironing that out is vital.
- Equal numbers of male/female toilets is madly off (although I think they may have changed that already)
- digital only season tickets
- Climate control in the concourse
- the ludicrous resale/ballot process
- The lack of announcements/tannoy in the concourse (Meis's acoustics work a bit *too* good when you're downstairs)
- Lack of TV screens throughout the concourse (just on the edges or the centre


Now, look, I know you're very likely carrying an undiagnosed neuro divergence, so I feel the need to spell this out: you may not agree with any or all of the above; but I, and plenty others, do. And you asked.

Transport is excellent if you arrive at Lime St. and jump on the many available buses.
Speed of service needs improvement but with additional food and drink outlets this will hopefully improve
Biggest problem with the loos is the fuckwits that enter via the exits.
Digital season tickets, the norm anywhere, who wants to carry a piece of plastic around ?
Climate control on the concourse ? What do you want, air conditioning or heating ? Just dress appropriately.
Resale option works perfectly, if I can’t attend a match I can either put my ticket up on re sale or transfer it to friend or family member, perfect
Lack of announcements

Lack of tv’s ? No idea what that’s about.

Anyway, was just curious (was asking Normadski actualy j) nothing to do with whatever that personal jibe was about, interesting to hear what people perceive as deficiencies.
