It's just very inspiring isn't it? Looks quickly knocked together without much thought.

Things like the badge being a different blue, the sleeves not matching the collar, absolutely no nod to Goodison Park... All very meh.

The badge looks like it has been sewn on like my Mum used to do for my school uniform back in the day to save money.

I really liked Hummel. I bought some of their regular training gear and it’s still going strong.

Can’t say I like it or strongly dislike it either.
What’s with the little lines and dots on it though. Maybe it’s just in the photo but it makes it look like it’s been reversed over by a forklift.

I'm sure we'll feel slightly better after the first official reveal video. Hopefully.

I’ve personally really liked the Hummel kits. I’m of the age that I have very fond memories of the ‘86 Denmark and Real Madrid kits, so I’m maybe a bit biased.

Just a bloody shame we had Stake.com on half of them.

That Castore effort isn't bad. In fact, it's probably better than the last home effort from Hummel (and I'm a big fan of theirs). The darker badge, whilst looking a bit strange at the moment (because it's new to us) will be on purpose, and there may be a Goodison heritage nod in there that simply isn't obvious in the leaks. We'll just have to wait for the official blurb. Not a bad first effort though, better than I was expecting.

I remember shiny kits in the 70's but they were European one's. They looked great as it was getting dark because they almost looked wet

Any pics of shorts and socks yet?

Not that I’m expecting anything particularly flamboyant based on the brevity of the shirt design
