I don't think there's too many issues with our business tbh. The valuations for Iroegbunam and Dobbin seem about right for their levels.
I think Chelsea's purchase of Kellyman is a bit wild and that might have provoked a bit of consternation.

The problem with that 1though I'm not sure villa paid too much for their half of the deal so how could they have fixed it between themBluedylan1 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 7:42 pm I don't think there's too many issues with our business tbh. Yeah the Maatsen fee seems fair enough for a player of his age who thrived at Dortmund.777Kidnappings wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2024 7:49 pm The problem with that 1though I'm not sure villa paid too much for their half of the deal so how could they have fixed it between them
I mean let's be honest, all these clubs have been working together to solve each other's PSR issues. There's little to no doubt about it.
The issue is whether it can be proved and even if it can, what exactly is anyone going to do about it under the rules?
I think they've written to the clubs just to say ''come on lads, don't take the piss'' but there's no real teeth to it. From what I've heard on various podcasts, the other clubs are pretty pissed off about it so they've probably been onto Masters to do summat about it.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Definitely had Ashworth and Ratcliffe on the blower crying over the Branthwaite rejection because they can't take advantage of their significant financial freedom compared to 75% of the rest of the league.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
If we could get Michael Keane out of the club this summer in addition to the business we've already done then I'd let Thelwell have a stand named after him at the new stadium.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
I wish we could just fuck off to another league away from these cunts.

Yup. I'm in. Some really cheeky finishes on there. Looks to have a bit of swagger about him too.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Lots of defensive work and plays on either wing (more left than right last season) in addition to the attacking output.
Looks like a good fit. You don’t play under Dyche if you don’t work without the ball but we need some kind of spark in attack.

I like him, was highly regarded at Villa and they wanted to keep him but he wanted to go out and prove himself, so it seems like he has a great attitude.
AND his middle name is Everton. It was meant to be.

Philogene looks great, one of those players who can make a goal by himself.
If his work rate is also good as claimed then I’m confused why he’s going for a fee as low as £16m

12 goals 6 assists last season tidy numbers in an average team these are the right type of deals for us young with high ceiling
