‘Kvaradona’ was immense. At one point there were 4 Portuguese players chasing him and they couldn’t get the ball off him.
Love to watch him.

Only cos Kvaratskhelia went over to him. He was booting all sorts on the touch line before hand

I did not see that bit as I switched over to watch the chaos in in Turkey game.

Thought it was a nice gesture by someone, who I think is a total arsehole otherwise.

....and england making up the numbers in the knock out stages as per
as long as southate tries playing with cole palmer and gordon and mainoo - at least he can say he has had a go at winning the trophy
cole palmer STARTS every game for me on the right and put saka - yes the jaded saka - to left back - palmer is the key and can unlock any defence and doesnt matter who we are playing

So could I but I'd be shite at at!

He's been criticised for playing players out of position and shoehorning them in, Saka at LB would be the daddy of them all, it's pretty much the exact opposite position he plays.

It’s a mad suggestion and rightly being laughed at but he did break through as a left back

This "explanation" is of course complete bollocks but it's amazing that pundits are still banging on about it.
