Was a now deleted tweet that said that we will be playing a pre-season friendly against Roma at Goodison in August but I suspect it has been deleted as there is no official information about it.

I've never liked our last pre-season game being against a team that can keep the ball away from us for about 75% of the game. I may be reading too much into it but it can't do confidence any good so close to the start of the season.

I do like the idea of a game at Coventry though. It used to be a regular away day for me when I used to travel so I may go to that one.
