I think it'll be fluid in the sense that no-one will be sure where they should be at any given time.

I don't understand the cynicism. Anyone would think that we had Super Frank Lampard as manager and have been in a relegation battle for the last 3 years judging by these comments.

Mine was just a throwaway joke tbh mate. I really like the signing and I know a lot of larger clubs than us wanted him just a year ago. He had a rough year in a team that had a terrible season.

It reminds me of a classic Moyes signing (like a Pienaar), where you get a talented player than you wouldn't normally be able to afford or get over bigger clubs on loan and even better, we have the option to sign him permanently. It's relatively low risk, and potentially high reward. Big fan of it.

Dyche isn't stupid, he knows he can't go through a patch like last season. We need goals and to be able to keep the ball up the pitch. I hope this is him looking to address that.
