Might be looking at it as cheap cover for Myko - Magic Myk is amazing but he’s still coming off a couple of injuries and we shouldn’t have to rush him back.

Bobble also reporting it but saying it isn’t advanced yet. Take that for what it’s worth though.

Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
And weirdly, Pickford in that he's quick off the mark and looks just to get something in the way. None shall pass.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Rodriguez doesn't really make sense with every other signing we've made. He's over 30 and has never played in the Premier League, so I can't see that one being a goer.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Can have the odd older one as a squad filler. Would’ve made more sense if we’d have not re signed Young., unless Dyche is looking at him as cb cover to then sell Keane and HolgateShogun wrote:Rodriguez doesn't really make sense with every other signing we've made. International experience, covers two positions, isn’t Ashley Young or Mason Holgate
What’s not to like?

Yeah of he comes in alongside O'brien providing Holgate and Keane both leave then I'm fine with it.
Covers left back too.
Covers left back too.
Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
I still remember how good he was for the Wolfsburg team we (someho) beat twice in the Europa League.
Don’t think he ever got better though. Kinda peaked there and stagnated.

Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Don't remember him, but if he has a left foot he must be better option than Ashley Methuseleh. Coming from a non-fashionable Serie A side, his salary demands likely within bounds of reason, too.

Re: Summer Transfer Window Discussion
Yeah he doesn't have to be amazing to be a better back up option than Ashley Young. Left footed, isn't 197 years old, can also cover CB. Sounds good enough for me.
