He's been wide of the mark more often than not - remember us being sued for £300m, needing a fire sale throughout the squad, the stadium being unfunded/unfinished? Even if we're found 'guilty', which I don't think we will, there's not going to be a 6 point deduction for £6.5m when we were handed 2 points for £16m.

Surely it wouldn't lead to more points at all (if it were fair) 2 points for 16m. Not having it would be more jad the extra few million been counted at the same time
