Decent isn't he. Well taken goal today, bit of a box of tricks and unpredictable, I like him and already a crowd favourite.

A 24 year old baller on a five year contract, don’t know what we paid for him but looking like a great investment.

£15m will be what the selling club got and £20m will be what we paid

There's always two figures in the papers, depending on who is confirming the news and how they want it to sound

If a buying club want to make it look like they have got a good deal they will list the upfront* amount paid only to the the selling club.

If a selling club wants to make it look like they got a good deal they will list the amount they have been paid up front* and the value of all the add-ons.

If a buying club want to make it look like they have "broke the bank" they will include all of the above, the signing on fee and the agent fee

* by up front, i mean the mandatory fee payable over the life of the contract.
