On GOT there's a copy of the letter that's been sent to shareholders about this, with a vote to pass the move to capitalise Moshiri's loan, and other resolutions to allow the takeover to procede. There's a suggestion of it being voted on within the next fortnight, which is in line with Alan Myers saying the other day he'd been told the takeover would be done by mid-December.
