Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
I think as an overview I'd just like to know how many points it would of been had there been no mitigation, we'd gone over by 100s of millions and we'd obstructed the investigation more
Think that's where the problem is for me. Feels like we've be punished towards the top end of the spectrum despite them 3 things being on our side.... then they just say its a formula that they'll use only for us.
I want to know if 20m, pleading guilty, lots of mitigation and it being unintentional is 10pts that hundreds of millions deliberately with no mitigation would be 100pts.

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
I want us to be deducted another ten.
That’s how much I believe in our grind.

Probably for the best, going into Europe next season with the state of our squad would have been a disaster.
Ah shit, I forgot we're winning the League Cup this year

I hear the PL are wanting to apply some special version of FAW rules to our appeal hearing

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
Have we fielded any ineligible players?
Have we failed to pay wages?
I'm not entirely sure exactly what the actions of the Welsh version of our Sunday League has got to do with the richest league in the World if I'm honest. What sort of crowd would you expect at a typical Pontypridd game, 3 men and a sheepdog?

They actually got off lighter then us. All but 6 points are suspended
Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
i think what's open to them now is as we've pulled away and are likely to pull away further from the relegation zone they'll make the 10 points stick and try make out it was a reasonable option because of the points tally of the clubs already in the bottom 3 as we are all jolly good fellows.

Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
Definitely the 10pts at the time deemed relevant to them as it put us joint bottom . Also think if we hadn't had 14pts at the time , say only 8pts they probably would have only deducted us 4/5pts. Agree though now we ain't getting anything back .
Re: Financial Fairplay Investigation - Deducted 10 points
It’s Pontypridd United though. Those cunts deserve everything they getCereal Killer wrote: ↑Mon Dec 11, 2023 10:06 pm I hear the PL are wanting to apply some special version of FAW rules to our appeal hearing![]()

Starting to look like we could take a further 9 point deduction for going into administration here
