Adore him. Want him in the coaching team defo. Be amazing with the young lads to learn from too.

Keep him around the club, and around the first team, just not as a player on high wages.

The man is clearly a huge influence, but his on -field, in-game contributions are almost at zero, so his wages need to reflect that if we're to move away from being a basket case charity club.

I'm all for that but only if he fits the bill for coaching skills/potential. The U18s should be treated with high priority, it's where we can generate talent and money.

Absolutely. I'm not talking about jobs for the boys here. I'm talking about him having his coaching badges and everything. Think his passion would be amazing around the youngsters and would have a really positive effect on them.
