Look I really like him but you need to watch some of his shots back

Ever seen him take a long shot with power?
It's wild,

Am not saying he can't finnish

Some players when they get it wrong they only get it abit wrong

When beto hits it wrong it can go anywhere

He looked calm and composed when one on one where as dlc over thinks it

I'd expect beto to score more one on one's than dcl
So yer he can Finnish better than dlc

Also being the best finisher in our forward line hasn't taken much tbf although the teams been improving of late

We've previous for this kind of "galloot". And strikers that graft, but are ultimately shit. But sections of the crowd love them.

Madar, Max-Moore, stracqualursi, Niasse.

Beto may be technically better than the latter two there. But he's still not actually a good footballer.

But like Ancelotti and DCL. A decent manager will play a system that highlights what their players are good at. Their strengths - and Moyes did that brilliantly today. (It's why I was looking forward to seeing DCL under him - I expected byline crosses).

Beto will get another 3 or 4 more goals this season if we keep him.

I don’t think DCL finishes both of those

Watched the MOTD highlights today. He was brilliant. He scored 2, but created more chances, and should have had a penalty too. Willing him on!

Nah, Dom's finishing is levels below Beto. He has other superior qualities, but finishing aint one.

Don’t think it’s worth talking about who would score what chances. Different forwards take up different spaces and make different runs.

Beto was perfect yesterday against a high line. He always wants to use his pace and physicality to run in behind the defense. He might have a tougher time against sides who do a better job of closing down the players supplying him or with better individual defenders (or both) but he’s a good option for these types of matches.

Against a deeper line and more rigid defensive structure where he’s going to have to receive the ball with his back to goal more frequently, he’s going to struggle a bit. That’s okay, it’s not his strength and if not for injuries, we wouldn’t have to ask him to do it.

It would be nice to have a complete forward who can do everything but everyone wants one and there aren’t many to go around, not to mention the expense. Long term, we could do worse than having one forward who’s better receiving the ball under pressure and setting up teammates and another that stretches aggressive defenses.

I’d take a red card for snapping Salah in half. Diving cunt.

Not a surprise with the injuries and slow movement in the market

I think he'll do very well with a good spell in this more positive version of our team.
