He's averaging a goal every 120 minutes and he's probably going to start most games between now and the end of the season, there's a very good chance he'll getvto double figures.
Scored 2 of those against a ridiculously naive Leicester though, and he won't get that space again against a team this season if ever.
He clearly can finish if put through but the ratio is skewed by playing a joke of a Leicester team in terms of how they were set up.
He only scored 10 and 11 goals across a whole season in Italy so there's almost no chance he bags that number for us in half as many matches.

I mean he managed to get that space against the league leaders.
If he plays all the games id be shocked he doesnt hit 10.
We have to play Ipswich and Southampton at home yet.

Also United who are shite.
Yeah he got in behind from a set piece, great run and a well worked move.
If he gets another 3 I'll be happy, but so far he's scored 2 against the worst defensive set up I've seen this season, and one from a well worked set piece.
People saying he'll get 10 goals I think are just setting themselves up for disappointment as he's a very limited player who will be easily marked out of many games.
I suppose the positive though is that people are enjoying aspects of our play right now and finding belief that wasn't there before, so I'm happy people are thinking this way even if I don't think it's a likely scenario.
Asking a player who's been a 1/3 striker in an easier league to suddenly perform at practically a 1/2 striker is a big ask. I think how and why he's scored is important in determining how he might continue to perform, but obviously if I'm wrong about this I'll be delighted.
Not going to get ahead of myself here. If he gets to double figures I'll be a bit surprised honestly but been very happy to see him succeed recently and hope he continues to improve.
If he hits double figures it'd be the first Everton player to do so since 21/22 when Richarlison got 10, and he'd have done it mostly in less than half a season... If he achieved it I would probably have to completely change my mind on keeping him. Let's hope it happens
