It's deffo steep, and saw my Mrs family season ticket views last night and they look amazing, but looking at it from outside, everyone is so spread out and the blocks with stair ways, it just looks too spread out and airy.
Look at a pic of the park end or Gladys when packed Vs that, tiny in comparison but is a mass of people.

Yeah for sure. Think all the safe standing bollards make it looks weird as well, like 10k people sitting at desks.
Looks like it will be a lot more comfortable I'll say that.

Sounds as though it could have been a great link, probably need trains to run every ten minutes on match days, most tube lines sometimes run at 5-8 minute intervals.TheRam wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2025 10:17 am It’s a 10/15 minute walk from the ground and links the whole network together.
You can get to ormskirk, southport, Chester and Kirkby all from there.
All trains on the other side go into central.
I think every station on the merseyrail line is accessible from Sandhills.

Re: New Everton Stadium at Bramley Moore Dock
They can’t cope running a normal 15 minute timetable.
Any demand on them to put on an extra service for match day will see the network collapse.
It’s going to be a disaster and I’ll be avoiding the trains at all cost.

Probably about 35-40.
Are buses an option here? Get to great Howard street or blackstock street and mooch from there...
I'm not sure what way I'd go.

Going to need to get to this over the next few seasons with my kid as he's desperate to see it (me too). Is it just a case of getting a membership and then applying for the ballot every game and waiting until we get lucky?

Depends on what route you takeRobioto wrote:How long is the walk to Lime Street? 35 minutes?

Google Maps says it’s a 42 mins walk (past Moorfields and then Costco en route). It seems closer to me but then I’ve never actually walked over there.

Google assumes the walking pace of your average american - at a normal walking speed it's like 30-35 minutesFree Agent wrote: ↑Tue Feb 18, 2025 12:57 pm Google Maps says it’s a 42 mins walk (past Moorfields and then Costco en route).
