Good. Leave him where he is if at all possible. He'll learn far more playing regularly at Derby til the end of the season than he will getting odd minutes off the bench here. He looks to have a lot of potential. We don't want to stifle his development if we can possibly avoid it. Plenty of time for us to enjoy his talent in the future.

So what you’re saying is - when they don’t start him they are shit? Bodes well for the future then. Will start playing him soon if they want to improve.

On X, the account @physiocout, which provides football injury analysis and has assessed Ndiaye's issue. A post on the account said: "Iliman Ndiaye will be out for a few weeks after suffering an MCL injury. 'Ili’s got a medial ligament injury. It’s not looking great at the moment,' said Moyes.

"Scans will determine the length of the injury. Recovery Times: Grade 2: 3-6 weeks. Grade 3: 6-10 weeks We're unsure whether it's a moderate or high-grade MCL strain though."

Good to hear Moyes confirm he may be back sooner than they had first expected......whatever that means. Anyway positive news and Moyes seemed pretty relaxed about it.

Been interesting to those more in the know what the injections he's been having are? Anti inflammatory maybe?

Such a difference maker isn't he?

Just the way we look with him on the field. A few of those tight draws we've had recently would have been wins if he was fit I reckon.

Please sign some players on his wavelength please.
