No but even if I was a shite manager I don’t know if I would risk potentially being known in the footballing world and by football fans as “the manager who was in charge when Spurs were relegated”.
Thats fair enough. Especially when they've not been in the bottom 3 yet.

I see De Zerbi’s thrown his name into the mix, IF they stay up…

Wonder if it's too late now for them.

They've been awful but they still arent in the relegation zone and they still have better fixtures than West ham. Its not too late but they desperately need result.

I'd be shocked if any manager can turn them around. They've got the players to do it, but they aren't interested and I don't see anyone changing that.
How many will be there next season regardless of what happens? Not many imo.
It's why players like McNeil were invaluable for us when we were in a similar position, they knew they'll probably still be here the following season so staying up mattered to them. He isn't as good as most of those Spurs players but also had more reason to perform than they do
Imagine being Romero, VDV, Porro etc with your agent saying everyone from Barcelona to Man City want to sign you in the summer... Hell even Vicario is by all accounts going to Inter once the season is over.
Very few have anything to play for, and why it's the likes of Archie Gray who are actually doing their best because he's not looking to move on asap.
I don't see how many manager comes in and motivates most of these players in to giving a shit.

I think you might find a lot of them will still be there. They'll lose 50% but only for the year they are in the championship. Not many are gonna get offered similar to what spurs are paying them. Their top players will leave and all the shite won't give up their big contracts

The smell of a shit or bust contract might feel tempting for Dyche
Glasner, Iraola, Silva, all out of contract this summer

I doubt that Tottenham ever contemplated the possibility that they could face relegation. I would be quite surprised if any of their current squad have relegation clauses in their contracts. If they go down, I think it could be quite the fire sale.

Apparently Levy did have relegation clauses for most of them. That was at least what I read at one point.
He was generally competent on that side of things.
