Where in the world is T-Barry?
I’m torn between a Where’s Waldo or Carmen San Diego reference?
I'm getting Lloyd Grossman myself....

Hope moyes has got the beige chinos at the ready.
Beige chinos, check flannel shirt with the top button done up. Going in to negotiate Cholo style and make young Barry an offer he cannot refuse…

Not expecting much from this lad in the first season at all.
Signing another striker from abroad who is raw and will need a lot of time to get to grips with the premier league.
Beto will still be the main man upfront unless we sign somebody else.

Interesting thread, I wonder if there’s a chance we’ll go four four two with Beto and Barry up top at times?

I’ve not seen anything of this lad, same as I hadn’t of Kean or Ramirez prior to signing. I’m hoping it works out better than those two given their similar ages and rawness.

Sandro
Niasse,
Tosun,
Rondon
Kean
Scouts really need to be on the mustard .

I don’t think Sandro was handled very well, shoulda gone straight back out on loan for the season.
Absolute train wreck of a time that.

The price of potential makes it very expensive when things don't work out.
You can get stuck with useless players on contracts they're never going to see the likes of again.

I think we're hoping for the awkward looking player who scores off every part of his body.

Sorry, but in what world was Lukaku only arguably not dross
87 goals in 166 games, including 25 league goals in his final season. Signed for £28m, sold for £75m. I mean come on, he was an unquestionably great signing.

He was essentially shit, though, wasn’t he?
It was very bad timing when we bought him as he’d just come off an anomalous season where everything he touched turned to goals.

Hence why he shoulda gone out on loan rather than thrown straight into the mix. Not sure what the thinking was, if any.
