Just realised the lesser spotted Ross Barkley is still at Villa as well, seems to get more injuries than games these days.

Brentford have been rinsing teams this window.
It could well cost them their PL status though.

Elliot for £35m is great business for Villa.

Newcastle basically throwing away £55m there hoping that he's worth it on the pitch for a couple of years.

Spurs packing their squad with similar profile attacking midfielders for a change.

Frankfurt apparently have bid £28.5m for Osula from Newcastle.

If that's true then I'm gobsmacked, he's shit, shows how good value Barry was if this one happens!

Newcastle getting rinsed for attacking reinforcements.

Good thing they have arguably the best midfield in the league to prop them up. Jacob Murphy had 8 goals and 12 assists in front of that group last season, Wissa and Woltemeade will perform just fine even if they’re overpriced.

Shite agreed deal for Guehi 35m

Risk this for Palace. If I Glasner I'd be thinking my position over

Tough one for them. Probably should have sold him in the last window. Their hands were pretty much tied with the contract running down.

Think he'll be moving on after this season anyway if any decent vacancy opens up.

Liverpool's current spend this summer sits at £290m according to FootballTransfers.com.

If the Alexander Isak and Marc Guehi deals go through, with the fees being mooted, their spend in this window will rocket up to £455m, which would smash the record for a single club spend in a single window.

The record was previously held by Chelsea in the summer of 2023 (£400m).

They don't spend money though do they?

35m for Guehi is absolute theft. How do they do it?

Glasner will walk imo. He literally said after their match on Thursday that Guehi wouldn't be leaving and it was too late in the window.
