It's as much arrogance as it is incompetence.
Oh yeah without doubt shogs
They have a we know all the rules and we know best aura about them.
I honestly believe they have no idea how incompetent and utterly useless the fans think they are.

Just heard on talk sport, although red card rescinded and three match ban cancelled the red card remains on his record and should he receive another red card this season he will get an additional one match ban.

On Talksport as in someone who would know or just some random making a comment? I can't see that being right, the card's been rescinded therefore any record of it will also be removed.

Brazil was referring to an article in a rag that shall not be mentioned which was allegedly if you wish, quoting FA rules, we may never know unless he gets another red.

I can’t see it being right either - except given who makes the rules absolutely nothing would surprise me

Dyche was just asked about the red card additional one match ban even though card was rescinded, said he didn’t know about that.

I mean, of course it the red card is rescinded then its gone, as if it never happened? There will not be an additional match ban for future cards.

Agree that in the case of DCL it’s a moot point as he is highly unlikely to get another red, am simply curious to know if there is any truth in this mad rule.
