Be a shame if he ended up at Brighton, guess they have an advantage as I'd imagine any deal we do for him involves DCL going there. Think Brighton could just get him out right.

Do Brighton need him though? Haven’t they already got that rapid lad from the Ivory Coast on the right side (and Mitoma on the left)?

I think the only way we get him is if it's done by Sunday night, on a mad PSR trolley dash with DCL going the other way.

If he can pick and choose where he's going in the calm of July, I think he goes elsewhere.

But then we are playing Brighton at home first game. If he signs for them I think we all know what happens haha.

Yeah if we can get the CB from Lyon and Philogene from Hull for the same price, then I think that suits us better given the wider needs of the squad.
