Bell and Downing don't have enough combined wealth between them to do this on their own, so they must either have other backers or there's a plan for them to get hold of the club for a temporary period of time until maybe Textor can sell his shares in Palace and then he takes over.

I think maybe more parties are interested as the rules are getting slightly laxed.
As Ram said though, it's all become a bit of a circus this now hasn't it? Hard to keep up or know what the best outcome is.

Luckily MSD merged with BDT last year, so it's now BDT & MSD Partners
