Eh, we’ll be fine.
Could go for a couple more low sock ballers though.

I don't think McNeil is doing himself much good if he wants to convince Moyes he has a future here...

Not really.
We’re not good but we’re solid.
Our current bench is bad for sure.

Feels like the two of them are going through the motions.
Moyes clearly isn’t bothered with him and McNeil is playing like he knows it.

Looked forward to this all week and feel flat now. I miss Goodison already. That may change when I get there.

Fuck me, you've gone early. It's a pre season friendly which is ultimately just a test event.

Not really it just showed how shallow our squad is finished with Seamus at lb Keane in the centre Tim and garner in midfield they walked through us once we made the changes if gana gets injured we are in big trouble

Can't remember us ever winning our 'high profile' last game of pre season.
Just get back to pre season being a tour of Ireland and Scandinavia battering teams with three sided stadiums.
It's not like getting beaten by second level European teams has ever set us up for a good start to the season.

Ha ha. You're right and I've been really tested watching all the pre season games as well.

It just shows that we need numbers to be able to change anything for the better off the bench.
People around me kept saying what a strange atmosphere it was but pre season friendly and all that.
I’m hoping the good that will come out of this is a few more bodies through the door.
