Best we’ve played this preseason. Think we are a midtable team who should be fine as long as we don’t get any nasty injuries. Need bodies to feel comfortable.

I get the calm and stay positive vibes, but it's been a particularly poor pre season, we've been way off it. Hugely disappointing overall.
I think we'll be really lucky to get a win against Leeds, I'm expecting a loss or draw.

Cheered up a bit as I'm watching Newcastle getting beat.

I think this is right but if the injury is to Gana this team is in trouble.

I don't think McNeil is doing himself much good if he wants to convince Moyes he has a future here...
Doesn't look fit to me, I know he's slow anyway but he looks a pace even slower, and he doesn't look particularly sharp with the ball either (apart from a good cross).
If there's a player in the team who can't afford not to be match fit it's Mr Snail himself Dwight McNeil.

Really just 2 notable things from today:
1) Myko's injury
2) KDH ready to hit the ground running

These legends are doing more running off the ball than our first team did!

Considering Mykos injured, after that corner we should get Baines signed back up! Not happy with these empty seats for the legends game, wanted to go to this

Everyone knows our squad is shallow as anything
Moyes said he wanted another 6, since then we’ve signed KDH, so he still wants 5
Just shit we’ll leave it all right to the end of the transfer window and end up sacrificing the first few games, be better off playing the shite, City and Chelsea the first three matches

As I live in the North east I've cheered up as Newcastle are getting beat and Anthony Gordon has gone off injured.

We definitely need more signings, but I don’t think it’s as bad as is being made out.
Once the season starts JB and Tarks wouldn’t be subbed off so Keane doesn’t come in. Also Myko and Aznou both being subbed off in the same game doesn’t happen so we don’t end up with Coleman LB.
Gana and KDH are both likely seeing out the ninety so you don’t see Tim unless we’re cruising too.

Imagine being arsed what another teams score is in a preseason friendly
