This man thinks football is scripted like WWE.
He thinks that is actually happening.

I don’t know who this man is but everything about him tells me what he’s saying is all supposition. His demeanour his body language how he’s struggling to get words out to explain. Even the last bit about they may give them something off there’s nothing positive about his choice of language in terms of he’s certain of his own opinion. It’s his trap door as which ever way it goes he can say “well I told you so”
He’s second guessing at best.
It will be what it will be we just have to wait.

He seems to be saying because we knew it would be a sporting penalty then why are we complaining about our sporting penalty. So if a judge says he's going to pass a custodial sentence for shop lifting you've no right to complain when it's life without parole??
10pts seems a massive punishment for 20m when 20m in the modern game is very little. Personally I think the outcome will be 10-12pts combined for the 2 charges. Who knows though. It all seems a little odd that there's zero reporting or zero rules about how they come to an outcome. We've no clue on how it's going and then they just make something up dependent on how they feel at the time. The think I can't get my head around is they aren't even saying forests punishment should be in line with ours. We could appeal this down to 2 and forest could get 20. Or we could lose this appeal get 20 for the next and forest could get a 6 month transfer ban. Not enough framework would be a problem buy literally none is a staggering mess potentially

They’ll probably give us 4 points back, then deduct them again with the new charge.
Or something.

I'd probably take that now. Would probably put forest below us

Did I hear that burk right ? Did he say we got it down to 2 million and that was the final decision that we admitted to?

I thought he said we disagreed with £2m which means even if they'd accepted that we'd have still been £17.5m over

Pretty sure he was just making shit up on the spot as it was the quietest deadline day ever and they’d forgot the dart board

I’ve heard more and more pundits on different platforms including TalkSPORT pitching their two cents in that we won’t get any points back. Not sure when the general consensus that we’d been clearly harshly treated suddenly changed but that’s the feeling I’m getting whenever comments are made on the appeal.

Hypothetically, would you accept the 10pts if the way it was worked out is revealed, and it means that we get another 10pts for the second charge but Forest get 15?

I think we are down on minus 20 even if it pulls forest into it too.
Can't imagine the 2nd punishment can be as big as the first given we've stopped spending now
I'm thinking 6 and 4 for the second charge with forest getting 6 too. Right now that might be an okay result
