My family all support Newcastle so imagine if all your family supported the shite and they constantly tell you how crap your team is and see how you'd feel.

I feel confident when I say that Chermiti is not a winger.
Feel bad that he’s gotten the Anichebe treatment this preseason.
Do we think he's going to amount to much of anything. Was quite hopeful after the Brentford game (think it was Brentford) about a year ago but he's been here maybe 3 years now, still not scored a goal and barring a nice touch here and there looks out of his depth.
I wonder if at this point it's a loan to the championship more in hope we can sell him to someone at that level rather than he come back and contribute

Either way… get him the fuck out, we’re not doing him or ourselves a single favor if he’s here.

Typical. We'll start this season slow, probably pick up a point or two in August. Periods in the season where we'll go on decent runs.
Imagine we'll end up on somewhere around 50 odd points at the end of the season based on more bodies brought in right up until deadline day.

Nice to see he's neither gained or lost a yard

I know none of us really want to face it or go overboard because what's football without hope, but it's been a pretty shocking pre-season on the whole. I just don't see goals in this team at all. Major reinforcements needed and as much as Beto scored a few last season, laying your hat on him or Barry to consistently get in the goals seems a stretch at this point.
Even defensively, Tarkowski/Branthwaite were scrambling to get blocks in and we are fortunate enough to have one of the best keepers around. A lot of us predicted it but I think a slow start to the season is inevitable at this point.

Need Ndiaye to really be on form while we get some new players in. Need to play him as close to Barry or Beto as possible. Preferably Barry, he already looks better and bringing others into play.

Just watching the legends stuff. Can somebody explain to me why Leighton Baines isn't still our starting LB?

The finances just didn’t stack up and we’d never be able to shift him for a profit…

Forget the first team game how was the legends game? I can’t see much of a report on that game and who was playing but apparently Steven Naismith scored from a…Jose Baxter assist?
