If they could replace Zinchenko with someone with a brain, and get a striker in like Toney or someone of that ilk, they can probably win the league.

Arsenal are so boring in the attack, so mechanical. So many times they could have just been direct and probably taken a shot but they would just rather keep the possession instead of trying to score a goal.

I think they’re the most likely other than Man City. Someone like Toney could make a massive difference to them.
