Goes back in for me. Keep asking him to put a shift in off the ball and maybe send someone over to the right hand side to give him an out ball every once in awhile because JOB isn’t doing it enough.

Are there waves though. He had a 7 out of 10 against forest thats the highlight.

I get that young players are going to have big dips but ours arent having the ups. I dont think there's been a single game for barry or dibbling were they've really played well. They've both been pretty consistent and not in a good way. Granted dibbling hasn't played a lot but that's probably quite telling too

Wouldn't judge him on today. His older colleagues let him down by not turning up.

Felt sorry for him in the first half. He wasn’t great but at one point he was on the right in their half surrounded by 3 of their players and there wasn’t a single player of ours within half a pitch of him. What’s he supposed to do with that

He was poor and he needs to take a look at himself. Playing like a lost 12 year-old out there today.

However, he's got absolutely no support. JOB didn't leave the half-way line. McNeil is like watching a footballer at 0.5x speed. Where's the link up play? It's the same for Grealish on the other side, only he is obviously a much better and more established player.

Agree, especially Garner... Can't ask so much of him at this age like when we play JOB behind him. Even Grealish struggles when double or tripled up on at times.

Was a really bad performance but not helped at all by the setup.

Thought Tarky absolutely killed him to be honest. Not sure if was picked up on tv, but he absolutely lambasted him for his own error, and just killed his confidence. Never recovered

Everyone has been talking about Grealish and that he needed the love he got from Moyes and from the fans to get back on track- well Dibling is the same kind of player. Without the love and for sure the forgiveness for all his errors he will never succeed.

The pedigree, reputation and for all he already has achieved Grealish will not be turned against - but sadly that won't be the case for Dibling.

Dibling is - like Grealish - a player that needs to try - and to try you need confidence - to get confidence you need trust and being assured that you are allowed to fail. Dibling does not have that trust from his manager and maybe not from a lot of the fans as well. Unfortunately we all know that he is not very vocal and that he has been homesick before which makes it even harder for him to succeed.

I fancy him and I think he has a bright future but I cannot grasp why we bought him. To succeed he would have needed that unconditional love that Moyes has given KDH and Grealish but Dibling won't get it. He never got it - instead he has been treated as an academy player without any PL experience.

Ofcourse - you could say its early days, he is just a kid but we have taken the love, the confidence and the attitude out of this young man and very often that means it can't be installed back without changing the environment. I hope I am wrong but I dont think he will ever make it at Everton.

Feels like he should be playing more in like a 10 sort of role at times. I guess you could say that about Grealish too.
