Ah, I thought it was about Beto and Barry. Yes it wasn’t there when I looked.

Thought he did okay second half. You could see flashes of his quality.

The problem is we haven't given these young players a platform to succeed. Hes another who needs a pacy fullback going past him. No joined up thinking

If hes behind mcneil then get him a loan at the end of the month. Theres no point of him being here not playing

Definitely guilty of hiding at times, and just doesn't seem enthusiastic about wanting the ball, or even being on the pitch.

Self-inflicted today. See the difference in attitude to someone like Aznou. He's only 19 and I'm reticent to say he doesn't care but like at some point you need to say "fuck it" and show what you can do.

Absolutely do not blame Moyes for not playing him much this season

My Saints supporting mate said he would struggle here when we signed him. Saying he won’t track back and will sulk if he’s not the main man. He hasn’t looked wrong!

His style is a bit languid as well which won't look good when things aren't going well.

Not one to charge around it seems. I do think we need to persist and get him minutes but he needs to look to some senior pros like Grealish and Ndiaye and see the work they get through defensively despite also being our main attacking outlets.

It's a real shame this but he just doesn't look up to it.

He was rubbish yesterday, let's be honest. I lost count of the amount of times he lost the ball trying to dribble past someone.

He doesn't look happy either, I think he might get loaned out this window.

£60m on Dibbs and Rohl. Talk about throwing money away. The summer transfer window was a disgrace.

I think we need to caveat this with the fact he's 19, has moved away from home and has only had 6 months of decent form previously before that nose dived in the second half of last season, and he was playing for an expansive manager who didn't seem to care about conceding goals.

The Dibling we see now may well not be the player we see when he's 22-23.

I'm not writing him off based on a difficult start to his career here. It looks like everything Moyes has said about him not working hard enough is true and hopefully long term having a manager that demands this side of the game from him makes him a much better player than he'd have been otherwise.

Just up to Dibling at the end of the day, whether he goes on to be a success or not is purely down to his desire to be the best player he can be and work hard to achieve that.

But when fans are watching that what does he expect?

He stands still for most of the game. Zero movement off the ball, no defensive work whatsoever.

As Cantoffee said, look at someone like Grealish. He’s 30, done it all, has all the money in the world yet when he’s on the pitch he’s doing everything he can to make an impact.

The stories about him being homesick and leaving Chelsea to go home were a massive red flag for me. At the moment he doesn’t seem to have the right mentality for it.

I completely agree. And it's a real shame, I'd love him to come good.

He looks way off it, and his attitude just doesn't seem right. I'm no psychologist but something just seem very off.

He doesn't seem to want to graft, he sometimes just gives up if he loses the ball, he just sort of ambles around when he doesn't have the ball, he can't seem to beat his man anymore, it's all so half arsed.

You can't train mentality, if he doesn't want to do it he won't. I think he'll end up on loan this window. Our only natural right winger and £40m worth of player possibly off elsewhere is something we can ill afford.

Considering the amount of research Moyes used to do on any signings back in the day on things like mentality, background, hunger etc.. when we had little money so had to make it count, this all doesn't add up.

Dibling, maybe Rohl and Aznou and others, look to be club signings without much input from Moyes. Which doesn't look good.

Feel like the lad is struggling to fit in. He doesn't seem like a mature teenager with bags of confidence. Probably needs an arm round him more than anything but agree he doesn't help himself out there so far. Needs a Coleman maybe to sit down with him and say it you work hard you'll get cut a bit of slack. We aren't the best club for mercurial players

He’s suffered from homesickness before.

He seems shy and retiring, and we have some big characters in our dressing room, so it could all be a bit overwhelming for him.

Plus, we have a history of being shit with young players, and even Jack Grealish is finding it hard to create chances in our set-up, so it’s hardly a club that makes it easy for attacking, creative players to flourish.
