Yeah it sounds like the ball is in MSP's court due to the terms of their loan?

Although we'll still have debt that's not a bad thing as such, it's the terms and structure of that debt which is important, which a takeover can sort out. So it can be consolidated, partly paid off or extended to become more manageable.

After reading that reddit post I'm unsure what to think at all now.

Reports that say that something hasn't happened are always interesting to me, because as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns—the ones we don't know we don't know.

I see all the various groups interested in acquiring us are busy doing their PR work to win hearts and minds.

Whatever happens, they all appear significantly better than 777, so I'm just grateful for that.

I'm sceptical that a very wealthy 45 year old Lebanese businessman is an Everton fan. I suppose it's possible, but highly sceptical.

I doubt many are actually fans. They see good opportunities before the colour of the kit. That's my opinion only though

At least there seems to be legitimate businesses involved in all this

Not sure it offers much, Bell and Downing were always going to come with big debts and little cash input as they don’t have the finance themselves
