He'll only get injured again.

Love him but we can't even cash in, we'd hardly get a decent fee for him, by the time he's over this injury he'll have missed more than 80 games since we signed him, and each one seems worse than the last. Makes Stones look like he's made of steel.

After about 5 minutes last night it was absolutely clear how far ahead this guy is of the other CBS at the club, and most CBS in the league.

Loved how much higher up the pitch we seemed to play when he came on, as well as us having sustained possession and a centre back who is calm and composed and can pick a pass

Would love to see him and O’Brien start at Brighton flanked by Patterson and Aznou

But we can’t have it all so I guess we will settle for Tark and Keane with O’Brien and Myko

A Rolls Royce of a player, glides around like a boss even after all that time out.

Just needs to do whatever DCL has been doing to keep fit.

Just absolutely oozes class doesn't he.

Couldn't believe how good he was when he came on.

The confidence of always trying to play a through ball and pick out a midfielder was a breath of fresh air.

Strode about with confidence.

He has to stay in the team now but my worry is he'll put Jake back at RB as he won't want to drop either him or Tarks.

Fingers crossed the op he had has sorted him out now.

Unbelievable player really, to come on and look that good after that long out isn't really normal. Makes such a difference to have a CB who's that comfortable advancing the ball.

I was just thinking this earlier, I can see Moyes trying to crowbar in Keane, Branthwaite, Tarkowski and O'Brien. I don't think he'll go the extreme of all four starting but I can see O'Brien being punted to RB with Branthwaite and Tarkowski in the middle and Keane on the bench, or Keane starting and Branthwaite coming on after an hour or so, I don't think he'll be fit to play 90 and I couldn't handle the stress of him getting injured again.

I could see him persisting with 3 CBs and wing backs, or at least, it looks like a viable option to switch to.

Picks
JoB JT JB
Patto/Dibs Myko/Aznou
Garner Gana
KDH NDiaye
Barry

Switching your wingbacks depending on attack or defence. Seems to make the most of our strengths, give Tarks some pace around him and options to pass too, and lets him just deal with balls in the box.

Played brilliantly given the length of time he's been out, but shouldn't be starting matches for a while. Got to really nurse him back to fitness and avoid any potential reoccurrence or other injuries due to being out for so long.

Tarks and JOB have proven to be a very good partnership so for the next month or so I'd keep Jarrad on the bench and bring on at LB for the last 30 mins or so to get his match fitness up.

Protect this man at all costs!

He’s the future. How long he will be here for that is another conversation…
