We can’t be formaly charged for the second charge until the result of the apeal is known, the longer this apeal drags on the less time there will be to apeal against the second charge before tge end of tge season.

Last timescales indicated were “by the end of February”
As it’s only half way through Feb I wouldn’t hold my breath for it being today let alone this week
