The best defender in the world takes out his own player then jogs back to defend. Absolute myth of a player.

More of a yesterdays football thing but I didn’t think it was worth a new thread - went to Roma v Inter at the Stadio Olimpico
Game itself wasn’t great - I was rooting for Roma and they were terrible!Manu Kone was easily their top performer. Wesley looked miles off it but he was playing left wing back and he is a right sided player usually I think
Inter just had more about them I thought and between Calhanoglu, Mkhitarian and particularly Barella they seemed to have enough technical ability and nous to control the midfield
Stadium is great and I couldn’t help but compare it to the HD!security getting in is super tight. First of there’s one gate where they scan your ticket and check your ID. Then security pat you down . Then the police pat you down . Then you go through a separate turnstile where they scan your ticket again and show your ID again!
Despite all this security something about it still felt a bit unsettling. The atmosphere was really loud. We were behind the goal and there were 2 separate sets of ultras . Both seemed to have a leader who had a megaphone starting chants and getting them riled up. We were next to the away fans with a barrier there for safety and a lot of police with what looked like riot gear on
Have to say the noise levels and atmosphere was great, but the running track around the pitch did make it feel like it didn’t quite get through to the players. Also there seemed to be a delayed reaction from quite a few fans by us to things happening in the far goalmouth - possibly because it is so far away!
Transport links wise - we had to walk about an hour from what we deemed to be the closest train station and bus/tram options didn’t seem clear. On our journey we merged with the masses and it seemed like you would struggle to get within half an hour of the ground on anything other than foot because the crowds were massive
Overall I’d say it feels like a lot more of a friendly environment in England!not sure if this is a good thing or if I’m showing my age and just like home comforts these days!

Why is Neville such a cunt? Haha
Of course Bruno is breathing?! It's almost like he wants him to be burnt out here. Which is mad from a united icon in this fixture.

They’ll still flog him to their Saudi investors for £50m in January

Had it on for 5 minutes and Man United have spurned three chances. Sadly we know what that means.

I think isak is a bit of a myth. Very good premier league striker but don't think hes close to the really elite strikers we've seen these last 10 years
