Yeah that doesn't sound like a bad option at all. Experience running a club with an intense fan base, they have put money in while they've been there and they have had some success.

In another tweet/x from the Athletic that basically has all of the above tweets, there is a final sentence where they say a decision from Friedkin, could be made in 24 hours.

Been a fan of Lazio since channel 4 had the rights in the 90s.

But if I can get over the niners owning Leeds I can get over this. (Actually, I can't, it fucking cripples me when I see social media interactions between Leeds and the 49ers)

Seemed the least debt based offer if what was listed was somewhere near correct.

Also seems to have done well at Roma and hopefully there's some sort of benefit to is with the multi club set up.

Definitely doesn't seem like a charlatan and the fact he wants us when he's not already in deep with money he's leant the club gives me hope that he'll be here for more than a year and not just try and flip us after 12 months.
