He has to see Watkins yesterday and move towards him to stop his momentum Pickford doesn’t help him either but he is so slow to react and then so fragile when something goes wrong we can’t be playing him any more

He's been considered an unplayable nightmare scenario for maybe three years? Insane that he should still be here, or that the manager is still trying to make it happen.

Should have been moved on many years ago.

Part of the reason I dislike Dyche so much is Michael Keane. Why spend £17 million on a centre half if he can’t replace an abject failure like Keane.

Who made the call on JOB though, Kev or Dyche?

It's generally on the DOF to select the players based on the managers style, or at least that's how it should work.

Can't write JOB off just yet, would be stupid to do so.

When the performances crumbled and his head went as it did on numerous occasions in the past it was clear that he needed to be moved on and yet he wasn’t.
Just more bad management and I don’t blame the player for that.
He has a lot of qualities but when you aren’t dominating or at least breaking even as a centre back on a regular basis you are a problem for the team. He’s still not dominant in tackles, he’s still jumping under crosses. That’s not going to change. He’s reasonable back up but shouldn’t be starting.

He’s terrifying back-up, because he’s always one injury away from becoming fixture in the side, plus Dyche loves him a bitta Keano.

Show Eddie Howe this thread he may buy him.

I don't think Dyche has the same blinded obsession with him like he has with Young,

Don't think either Mangala or O'Brien where Dyche picks either.

Jury is out on O'Brien but can't be any worse than Keane.

He's on 4m a year. That's why he's still here. Think he's more on whoever signed him and whoever renewed him

Maybe he's even worse. We need to start handing blame out for o brien now. Who signed him

Why did we pay £17million for JOB, ask yourself who owns Olympic Lyonaise ! His last four moves have been from club to club that Textor owns, Palace to Molenbeek to Lyon for never more than £1million, then to Everton for £17million that’s adding value !

Get Big Jarrad up to speed and hopefully he is 4th choice behind O’Brien…..but yeah Dyche loves him a bit of Keano.

I'm really not looking to defend him but why would dyche love Keane or young? It makes literally no sense. Everyone can see they are crap. I doubt very much he loves a bit of any of them. Unfortunately though we have to field 11 players

He only looked ok for Burnley when Ben Mee was beside him to keep him in position, absolute liability, headless chicken job, one of the awful signings that has brought us to were we are today.

Yeah but to be fair, for the last few years managers have had their hands full sorting out the fullback positions, so….

Oh.….
