He certainly did a good job of managing expectations, couple of months ago it seemed like we were not going to sign anybody !
I like the fact that a lot of our signings this summer have only been in the news/social media when the deals are near to completion. Our announcement videos/tweets may need a bit of working on, so they are quicker but that is minor matter.

Right footed Branners isn't he?
Danger at set plays.
What's not to like.

Makes a lot of sense. Pretty good already, room to grow, leaves us an extra issue away from having to rely on Keane or Holgate (though it would be better if we could move them on), gives us insurance for if Branthwaite moves on to bigger things soon.
Now go get a CM who can pass in the £20m range and that’s a solid summer. Bonus points for upgrading right back too.

Also a fair chance would could see some more 3-5-2 this season with the players we’re adding.

Hope Branthwaite stays long enough for a partnership to take shape.

He’ll be third choice centre half with the view to being our long term centre half.
We won’t be playing 352. If we do then I’d like another two centre halves brought in.

Absolute joke this, signing young players for decent money, booooooorrrriiinnggg! I want a 28 year old £50m signing on an 8 year deal.
