This is silverware manifest! A succulent victory. Gentlemen, you see here… a trophy! Ah yes, I see that you know your silverware well. What is the charge? Winning a cup? A succulent FA Cup?

I posted on the Flap thread I think 8th-10th is realistic with an outside chance of 7th. A few teams are weaker than they were, some others will drop off, some will improve, but I think we have enough to be in that mix for top 8.
I'm always more in the 'prove me wrong' camp when it comes to optimism, I'm happy to get excited and look forward than be always expecting things to go wrong.
After all it's been hard enough being an Everton supporter in recent years, so you've got to look forward to things when we look like potentially having a much better season.

The second paragraph doesn't belong in here thanks.

A grinning Grealish has already featured more in BBC and Sky media coverage than we’ve had in years. The new stadium has been a talking point everywhere. There is a shift in public perception. I even expect referees to be kinder. We are building a new, winning mentality at the club, we will see a year-on-year improvement in the quality of players attracted and signed and go from strength to strength further up the table and deeper in all competitions.
The planets have realigned. The future is Blue.

Although expensive, the food is rather nice and exciting.

Just comes down to injuries for me, if we get away without anyone major getting crocked we will have a good season, if not I think we will struggle a bit, which in fairness can happen to most teams in PL.
A good cup run would be great and a day out at that old out of date stadium in London would be a nice reward for the crap we have endured the last few years.

I want "Merseyside, la la la" sang at Wembley in a final against the shite like its 1986... and maybe a collective round of "Manchester is full of shite" at half time for good measure.
I want Jack, KDH and Ndiaye being painted like the new holy trinity on the side of someone's house.
I want to hear kids say "Bruh, I didnt realise they'd won more league titles than Chelsea and Spurs combined."
I want the term "Sleeping Giant" put to bed.
I want some silverware.
Historically when Liverpool improve it sees a reaction from us, I think the next 5 years are gonna be our time.
Really not arsed at all about "Merseyside" chants. I don't want those scarlet fuckers anywhere near Wembley, let alone in a final against us. We all know how that ends. We get fucking screwed over every fucking time! I have far too many painful memories of us being robbed by those bastards at Wembley to ever want to face them there again. Forget all this friendly neighbours bollocks. We're not friends, We're bitter rivals. We may play in the same city, but we are not the same. Those delusional fuckers are a completely different breed. Away from the stadium, we may be friendly with them, socialise with them, just don't get onto the topic of football with one. They can be ok as long as you keep the topic of conversation well away from football.

Prepare to be very disappointed if you expect any sort of kindness or even fairness from referees. We are absolutely fucking hated bt the PL. Look me in the eye and tell me, honestly, would either of the two penalties given against us in the opening fixtures have been given against the shite? The answer is a resounding "Fuck, No!" There would be a full on media campaign for "justice" and calls for the PGMOL to be disbanded completely if even one of those were given against those fuckers! It would be discussed in fucking parliament and everything, how Gobshite FC were robbed and the referee needs to face criminal charges for corruption.
