Pissed me off no end with his selfishness and poor decision making... Looked dangerous but equally managed to nullify his own danger by not getting his head up.
And although it was a difficult chance he still needed to score at the end there.
Maybe trying too hard as he's not had much game time, but could have been a difference maker today, and instead seemed intent on doing everything himself at the expense of the team.

I was excited by that substitute performance tbh. You've got to remember how little he's actually played in the last couple of months combined with him wanting to make an impact against his former club. Get him in the team and he'll be electric.

Yep, his decision making was poor but he is able to beat a man and pull off that bit of magic that Harrison/McNeil can't in the same manner.
Think it might he time to at least try him from the start for a bit.

He's been doing extra individual training sessions as well, reportedly, to try to convince the manager to him him a chance, so you can't fault his effort.

Nice player to bring on when you need a goal, but not who you want to help see a game out or defend a lead. He’s a forward, can’t be trusted as a winger.

Trying too hard I think.
You can see he’s really wanting it to work here.
Deserves to start but I don’t think dyche really fancies him and Patto on the same flank.

Got the look of an impact sub, who are usually inconsistent anyway.

Yeah he'd have to be on the left as that's his preferred side, however wouldn't be dropping McNeil for him personally.

Not against City but Wolves away I would start him as the second striker, to the left of DCL.

Thought he did well but was also quite selfish. Understandable given his time out of the squad but Beto was having none of it. Could have set him up twice if he’d picked his head up

The shot that the keeper tipped over, on second watch, wasn't too bad an option as it was a good attempt, and there was a covering defender that would have made Beto difficult to find (not many strikers turn down the opportunity to look overtly frustrated at the pass they didn't receive, whilst someone else took a shot that missed).
You can see Danjuma is a bit greedy, and he's a different sort of player, not really a winger at all and especially not for us.

In the moment I was annoyed about it.
Thinking back though to come in and have as much attacking impact as he did was quite impressive. One of them goes in and he's a hero. Two go in and he goes down in history.
He was very close to something special, and I think attacking players you just have to give them that benefit. He was trying to impact the game. He did well, things could have been different.

Harrison looks tired this guy gives us something completely different
